I still keep vivid memories of the early 1980s when, together with Anuska, the idea of opening a restaurant in Castañeda was born. We shared it with my parents, full of enthusiasm, and two years later — in late 1983 — it opened in a corner of the family estate.

Almost 40 years later, the restaurant is still going, hosting countless events. Throughout these years it has received numerous distinctions, most notably the Medal of Tourist Merit.
